Help me for capping please

Hello guys,
I have 10gr of Stanozolo powder and 10 gr of Diananbol powder.

I would like to make some 10mg capsules.
I have some 0 size caps.
My filler is Creatine, BCAA, protein and creatine powders.

How I must do?
I have no scale! That is the problem.

I need weight for 24 or 50 or another weight of full caps 0 size with filler...

fill 1000 caps with filler powder. empty powder into a measuring cup or something, record displacement, empty into a bowl. fill the measuring device with 10g of your roid powder, fill the device with powder upto the recorded displacement. mix well, fill caps again. done.

Wouldn't it work the same if you did 100 caps and 1 gr, then multiplied by 10?

Dude WHAT do you expect us to say?

you need a scale period...

also I would rec not using protein powder as filler.... use bcaa and/or creatine or even better some starch powder like potato.

you need to do a bunch of math adding up fillters and powder to even get close to the dosing it right.
AND AND AND have it mixed in a way where nothing settles.

I dont think you shoudl even be doing this judging from the questions.

are you planing on taking the Stan and dbol yourself? on their own?
