help me keep my muscle, what oil should i add?

been out of the gym for a while got fat blah blah blah the usual story. im like 15-16% bodyfat right now.

currently cruising on my usual 250mg test a week, with the addition of 60mg tbol, and 50mcg t3 i just upped the dose to 75mcg and i may even go up to 100.

but i want to keep all my muscle. what else could i add to my stack to ensure that i dont burn any muscle away, especially with my extreme diet. maybe masteron or something?

the way i'm dieting right now, i basically just try to get as much protein as i can with as little calories as possible and 0 carbs. i'm eating under 2000 calories on a daily basis. yes i am desperate to get back into shape, i cant stand seeing myself like this
 
Drop the T3 and up the Test to ensure you don't burn away muscle. Try an EC Stack too.
no way am i dropping the t3. from now on its a staple in all of my cuts. i've been on 50mcg for exactly a week now and i'm already noticeably leaner. leaner than i was after a week with EC stack, or with clen on the same type of diet.

How long do you think your going to last on a zero carb diet? :)
i actually do well on 0 carb diets. i eat 150-200g carbs in the middle of the week to keep my sanity, then on the weekend i have a cheat meal. i've done it before, it works for me.

You didn't mention the carb up mid week or the cheat meal in your original post - you want more accurate responses then you need to provide accurate information.

You said you wanted to keep all of your muscle and yet your willing to take 100mcg t3 (a CATABOLIC hormone) - bit illogical but whatever.

Test only is more than enough to save your mass, no need to stack a bunch of extra stuff on top of it unless your a bodybuilder prepping for a show.
 
If you run T3 then you will experience some muscle loss. You stated that you want to keep ALL your muscle. Can't have it both ways.

yeah forgot to mention that sorry. but yeah i know that test only should be sufficient, but 250mg a week is enough? should i up it? or is the 250 a week + 60mg tbol enough to spare muscle at t3 doses like 75mcg or 100mcg if i can handle it

Bump the test to 300-400mg, keep the tbol, keep the t3 at 50mcg and instead add some clen/albuterol to get double the benefit.

i really cant deal with clen too much it makes me feel really off and anxious. i'll give it a shot though. im thinking of just calling it a day and buying some tren and just doing a full recomp lol
 
Test 400 maybe 500,tren 75 eod,t3 50 mcg,clen low dose , perfect diet,some cardio, 8 weeks. For the following 4 weeks keep the diet and the test going and keep your cardio up. Allow your body to get used to the new weight. Dont miss any gym days. Listen to your body if you feel tired get your rest, dont push it too hard.

Go easy on the clen. real easy.

i wanna go easy on my body as much as i can. until my upcoming blast.

i've never run test e higher than 250 a week, will i bloat? even with my e2 in check?

i think 500mg test a week + 60mg tbol ED is a sufficient muscle preserver..
 
Is there any way to prevent muscle loss on T3? It appears you can minimize it, but there will always be some. Is that correct?

i mean if you're on 700mgs of tren a week you're not losing any muscle no matter what

you wanna keep your muscle your diet is going to be more the deciding factor.. remember that compounds play a supportive role

3j i know you're trying to push your diet programs, and i respect that, but i am dead fuckin broke right now. i would love to try out your personalized diets if i only had the funds.
 
This cycle is like planned parent hood trying to salvage tissue to sell post abortion. IT just fucked wrong compounds in the wrong amounts and wrong diet. at 15 % you should of dieted for a month before cycling anything. MCT oil for the win.
