Help me with a diet plan

Ok. I have been working out seriously for over a year now. I am very dedicated about working out. However, my diet sucks. I usually eat 2 meals per day...lunch and dinner with harldkt no food in between the 2 meals. I want to start seeing gains again, I got great gains the first year but I have definitly hit a plateau.

I know I should eat small meals throughout the day with high protein 1.5g per body weight. Where should I start? I am 6'1" 170lbs, 28 years old. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, what protein shakes should I purchase, I want one that is easy to make and tastes good as well
 
copay...there are protein buckets you can get at Costco that are pretty cheap...i never really liked the taste...but you mix a bunch of crap in it and it's fine...but while i'm at work i normally drink musclemilk...so many diff flavors and they are all good...helps me when i have my sweet needs in the afternoon...add water and some ice...damn good.
