HELP! Newbie on board!

Hi all!

1st off, I would like to thank you for viewing this!

I started my own thread to get the help I needed as I've been seeing a lot of questions on different thread that is being overlooked and I feel their pain, especially for the newbies like me! Hopefully, someone can help me out on my quest!

I'm turning 30 - 5'6 - 160 lbs.

I've been working out on and off! I took off after I got injured (sports) and it took awhile before I got back ('coz I got busy with my career). . . now I've been working out really hard! 4 - 6 days per week. If I work out for 6 days, that's 3 days of weightlifting and 3 days of toning/cardio. I try to keep adding weights on all my workouts every week.

I've been interested in taking Winstrol (winny) for a couple of years now. I was planning on taking it alone to help me tone and give me more strength, but if you have any other suggestion on other gear that I can stack it with, it will be gladly appreciated! I was planning on stacking it with Deca to gain mass as well but I heard a lot of negatives about it. . . any suggestions?

Also, I was planning on just doing shorties. Most likely "ON" for 4-6 weeks. Then "OFF" for the same weeks as "ON".

I was planing on taking 50mg of Winstrol (winny) (injectables) every other day - is this good?

Should I take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and 20 mg Nolvadex right when I start my cycle?

After my "ON" cycle, what should I take for PCT?

Should I take LIV-52 or Liver supplements while I'm on?

judging by your post you have a lot of learning to do on how to actually use these compounds, even if you were ready. winstrol needs to be taken every day. you shouldnt run it longer than 4-6 weeks anyway, that is not a 'shorty' cycle. time on + post cycle therapy (pct) = time off basically.
and do you know what winstrol does? i have a feeling it is not what you think. it will not 'tone' you. diet and exercise will do that.
if your dead set on cycling at your low weight you should use nothing but long ester testosterone for 10 or 12 weeks.
 
What you really need to know is that steroids are not magic. Judging from your size you really need to learn more about diet and training and then you need time to apply that knowlege. You can put on a lot more size naturally. There is no easy way out man! If you like, I can help set up a proper program.

FYI - I've been always small. . .back in HS I was only 135 - 140, I'm always active. . . basketball and other sports. . . I only started gaining weight when I entered my 20's. Now, I eat 5 - 6x's a day (i.e. turkey sandwich, fruits, steak, grilled chicken, brown rice etc.). Protein shake 2 - 3 x's daily. . .

I know 'roids is not magic! I just need something to help me jump start! Bulk up, then tone! I also took the Gaspari Novadex, I felt I gained little strength. . .right now I'm off of it and just taking "Black Powder". I'm open to all suggestions . . .should I run Winstrol (winny) & Test?

I want solid lean mass! I'm aiming for that ripped look!
