Hi all!
1st off, I would like to thank you for viewing this!
I started my own thread to get the help I needed as I've been seeing a lot of questions on different thread that is being overlooked and I feel their pain, especially for the newbies like me! Hopefully, someone can help me out on my quest!
I'm turning 30 - 5'6 - 160 lbs.
I've been working out on and off! I took off after I got injured (sports) and it took awhile before I got back ('coz I got busy with my career). . . now I've been working out really hard! 4 - 6 days per week. If I work out for 6 days, that's 3 days of weightlifting and 3 days of toning/cardio. I try to keep adding weights on all my workouts every week.
I've been interested in taking Winstrol (winny) for a couple of years now. I was planning on taking it alone to help me tone and give me more strength, but if you have any other suggestion on other gear that I can stack it with, it will be gladly appreciated! I was planning on stacking it with Deca to gain mass as well but I heard a lot of negatives about it. . . any suggestions?
Also, I was planning on just doing shorties. Most likely "ON" for 4-6 weeks. Then "OFF" for the same weeks as "ON".
I was planing on taking 50mg of Winstrol (winny) (injectables) every other day - is this good?
Should I take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and 20 mg Nolvadex right when I start my cycle?
After my "ON" cycle, what should I take for PCT?
Should I take LIV-52 or Liver supplements while I'm on?
