Help on Diet!

Hi all,

Need some advice on a good diet to cut and tone up but not loose any of my muscle mass. Ive been told my diet is sh*t so i need some help with it really. But sometimes its abit awkward to eat throughout the day with my work. Currently this is how im eating:

My Stats - 22yr Old - 13.5 Stone - 13.7% Bodyfat


7:30 - 40g Oats, 2 Boilded Eggs, 2 Brown Toast, Low Fat Yogurt, 53g Protein Shake, 100ml Orange Juice, 1000mg Cod Liver Oil

10.30 - Piece of fruit

13:00 - Chicken sandwich and Brown Roll 12"

15:00 - Piece of Fruit

17:00 - 53g Protein Shake, Chicken, Rice or Pasta, 1000mg Cod Liver Oil

18:00 - Gym

22:00 - 53g Protein Shake, Piece of Fruit, Low Fat Yogurt, 1000mg Cod Liver oil
 
well no knowing your stats doesnt help. you need to post this if u want any advice

if your where say 200lb id recommend the following

take ur shakes out of meal 1 and 5 and put them in with ur meals that just have friut, meals 2 and 4

Add about 4 more eg whites to breaky and make sure ur chicken is at least 200g

Also, you dont need to post 2 threads about the same thing just because no ones answered your other one...BTW whats ur experience with ASS like?
 
he did post his wt. its just in "stones" which i do not know th econversion too and am too lazy to search for right now.
 
Just by the looks of it, you're relying too much on shakes for protein, and not enough on whole food. I don't know the "stone" conversion either, but I'd say you should get at least 150g of protein from whole food alone, and supplement the shakes accordingly thereafter. Your main source of protein should be from whole food and not shakes.
