help on the diet

I eat oatmeal for breakfast... 9am 90 cal bar 11 apple 1230 two chicken breast brown rice 2 sugar free pudding 4 protein shake before workout.... dinner chicken or turkey sweet potatoe? for boddbuilding but not get fat is this ok? keep in mind i have the "fat gene" lol .. is this ok?
 
AGAIN, I told you. You are not posting the right info...

What are your stats?? height, weight, age, bf, workout routine

What you eat including the AMOUNTS?

From what you have posted here, I can already tell you that you do not eat enough.

And also why is there no fats in your diet?

What is a 90 cal bar? Who cares you dont need bars.

ok buddy.. its not as easy as saying i eat this and this and that as a run on sentence and getting an ok from someone..
