Help Please I'm Very New and Unfamiliar

i am 21 years old, i have a huge problem gaining any weight and muscle, i am 5'9 120lbs. i hate it, i eat so much and go to bed and don't gain a pound, i have been seeing a lot of ppl these days r on juice n don't seem to get side effects n i was thinking of trying 1-t muscle stack. please help, i see things like what to "stack" it with and to have a good PCT, i have no clue what anything means in these steroids terms, can someone please help me get started on what is best to take with minimal side effects (i don't want my balls to shrink or i get sick) and how to take em and when, i know i am asking a lot but just try n help i will appreciate it sooo much

Post your diet and training up, if you're 5'9" and only 120 lbs steroids won't be able to do anything for you. You need to find the source of the problem (i.e. food intake). You can easily bump up calories....try adding a cup of milk and a tbsp of pb to each of your meals (and I'm assuming you're eating atleast 5-7 times a day)

my girl is 5-9 and 135.


you need to eat and grow naturally before you consider anything.

hey bro dont feel bad i started out at 135lb at 18yr, i could only put on 5lb a year even hittin the gym 5times a week for 1-2hrs, i have a very fast metabolism, everyone would just tell me to eat more try weight gainers or just stay in the gym and wait till it slowed dwn. i waited till i was 24 before i tried any AAS. i suggest the sam just eat loads more n not fast food but clean food drink some high cal protein and minimize the cardio
 
Jay- I understand your frustration.

#1 Your to young for roids.
#2 Your diet is obviously off (get that in check. Even with steriods if you don't eat right your still not going to gain any weight for keeps).
#3 You need to take some time and consider what your doing. It's obvious that you haven't done any real research. Most people research for months upon months before even thinking about doing AAS. Stick around this site (its one of the best) and ask questions and learn. Grow natually for a few years to get your diet in check and come back with a solid base of muscle and knowledge and then you'll be ready to take it to the next level.

Ya man I agree with the others. post your diet we can still help with that. I was stuck for a while at 189lbs. I bitched and winned then I started to eat more (make sure its clean) and I blew up. I first tought damn I have reached my natural limit. Looking back I was very narrow minded. If I were you I would also take a look at your training. As where you are training for size (and strength). the best thing you can do is SHUT UP AND SQUAT and throw in deadlifts lol. Maybe you might be over training as well? Best of luck
