help please!

Girls please help me my girlfriend will not stop complaining about herself till she is back to her normal weight...she stopped going to the gym for a while but know she has been back for a month and a half...she wants to be really cut up and shredded so I just started her on some Winstrol (winny) 20mgs oral a day and her calories are low but are there any cheats she can consider thats has worked well with any of you girls...as of now her daily regimen looks like so

8:30am multi grain cheerios w/skim milk with banana and 12 ounce coffee
10:30 protien shake with water 250 cals 33 g protien 14 gram carbs
1:30 weight watchers meal with salad fat free dressing.
5:00 protein shake same as above
8:00 8 ounces of steak broc and cheese noodles
and one gallon of water was consumed throughout the day.
****work out includes five days a week 4 exersices of 4 sets 16-20 reps followed by 10-30 minutes of cardio every day.****
her stats are 5'5" 137lbs 28% bf age: mid twenties
if any of you girls out there have a good eating regimine out there that works well for you will you please post it cause she wants to start getting serious and bringing bf down to ripp up please help girls.
 
Hey bro if you really want to help her then get her on this site and have her post in the womens fourm. We have some very knowledgeable women on this site that could help her reach her goals.

As for the Winstrol (winny) she needs to be careful. Remember what works for us guys will not work always for the girls.
 
first of all... imo the Winstrol (winny) is a tad high.. i would start her with 5mgs and work up to 10mgs and then possibly up to 15mgs but she needs to be careful!!!
Also, pull out the simple carbs.. cheerios, cheese noodles or whatever the hell those things are... also her protein shake has a lot of cals... maybe something a bit lighter and the possiblity of adding in another meal..

I train with higher weight and lower reps... more muscle = less fat... cardio is good! Post workout 30 mins max!

maybe a good fat burner would help!

no cheats baby... if it were easy, everyone would be lean!!!
