Help w/ 5000 calorie diet...

Hey guys I am currently wanting to start a 5000 calorie diet.. So what do you think would be best for lean mass??

I was thinking either:

45% Carb
45% Protein
10% Fat

or

30% Carb
60% Protein
10% Fat

Any advice or opinions would be much appreciated....
 
it doesnt matter

just eat. get your protein requirement in at each meal, eat carbs until your full, then the last few meals of the day should be low carb with some good fats.
 
I was going to start a 5000 calorie diet also but after a few days I realized I definitly need to ramp up to that. Right now I'm just getting good at consistently staying above 4000. But damn the gains start coming when you start eating let me tell you.
