Help w/ high prolactin and estrogen

Attached are my labs 3 weeks into my Test P and NPP cycle. Dosing both at 150 mg EOD, so 525 weekly of each.
HCG 250 twice a week
Just started anavar 50 mg daily this Monday

Test was taken yesterday (1 day after pin)

Estrogen is 81
Prolactin is 22

Currently taking aromasin 12.5 mg daily. Should I bump to 25 daily? And should I start caber for prolactin or is it fine where it's at?

From what I understand lowering estrogen can help lower prolactin, maybe just bump the AI?
