ok, here's an example of what i eat on my ON day.
morn. 7:00 fat free blueberry muffin, 8 oz. 2% milk.
( i go to school so its hard to eat inbetween classes)
10:00 cereal or protein bar (thats basically all i can shove down my throat in the between class time)
12:30-1:00 1 slice of roasted turkey and 1 slice low fat swiss cheese on wheat bun. 2 Cups chex mix. 1 bottle of water.
4:00 Pre workout - 1 slice of roasted turkey and 1 slice low fat swiss cheese on wheat bun.
6:00 PWO - 5g creatine mixed w/ 12 oz. water, 40 g protein shake (just the whey comes to 40g) 8 oz. 2% milk, and a little less than 1 servince of strawberries.
9:00 - cereal bar (most likely a special K one since thats what i have laying around currently)
Pop, if any, is diet ginger ale. i'm sure thats low on everything but how good is that to lose weight? i know i'm prob. a little low on protein,carbs so i'll be sure ot make some adjustments. but all suggestions please tell . thank you
