help w/ my diet

i've read all basics ( i keep reading the cutting stickey over and over) but i was j/w what i should be looking to take in OTHER than my protein (1.5 g per lb.) i weight in at around 215 and i'm 5'11". not sure my BF % i have a good lifting routine, that involves me days to do cardio, and have great motivation, i just need to get this eatting part down. any help is greatly appriciated =) thanks.
 
try doing 1.5g protein, 1g carbs (mostly around breakfast, pre workout, post workout, and 1 hour postworkout) and around 100g of good fats. Thats basically an outline of what im doing and i i like it.
 
cool, i'll try to make up a meal plan around those guidelines along w/ the cutting sticky and post what i make up sometime tonight/tomorrow.
 
ok, here's an example of what i eat on my ON day.

morn. 7:00 fat free blueberry muffin, 8 oz. 2% milk.
( i go to school so its hard to eat inbetween classes)
10:00 cereal or protein bar (thats basically all i can shove down my throat in the between class time)
12:30-1:00 1 slice of roasted turkey and 1 slice low fat swiss cheese on wheat bun. 2 Cups chex mix. 1 bottle of water.
4:00 Pre workout - 1 slice of roasted turkey and 1 slice low fat swiss cheese on wheat bun.
6:00 PWO - 5g creatine mixed w/ 12 oz. water, 40 g protein shake (just the whey comes to 40g) 8 oz. 2% milk, and a little less than 1 servince of strawberries.
9:00 - cereal bar (most likely a special K one since thats what i have laying around currently)


Pop, if any, is diet ginger ale. i'm sure thats low on everything but how good is that to lose weight? i know i'm prob. a little low on protein,carbs so i'll be sure ot make some adjustments. but all suggestions please tell . thank you
 
not sure what i was thinking, lmao, but i forgot to throw dinner in there. either before or after workout, i usually eat about an 8 oz. chicken breast w/ either rice or brocolli. (2 cups rice usually) with a water.
 
i figured it really wasn't. I'm really just trying to drop this fat, i've made some small gains in muscle and dropped a little fat, i know i should be eatting more so im' gonna have to reconstruct all this. lol
