help while fasting

hello champs, about in a month it time for us for fasting for one month, nearly 12 hours without eating and drinking, so was thinking is there any cycle i can do for not lose my gains\muscle, or can i use anadrol, i know its a really effective oral, but just to keep gains? or anyother advice thanks,
 
ramadan. there's really nothing you can do about that bro, just pack in all the cals you can when the sun goes down. can you sleep during the day time? maybe do that to stay up more hours during the night to eat more. or set your alarm for every 3 hours to have a pb sandwich and a protein shake. maintain as much as you can, no point stressin it if you're going to be doing it every year. you should be able to gain back whatever you lose fairly qjuickly with a good diet and training. good luck
 
meal timing/frequency has been getting a lot of attention in recent years in the nutrition community. You will find people that support intentional 16 hour fasting for the perceived benefits in body comp. Check into IF (intermitant fasting) or Leangains which is a specific style of IF. I am one nasty mofo to be around if I don't eat pretty regularly... but you would think you can make it 12hrs especially if you do it every year of your life. I wouldn't think the loss to be detrimental. Its all in the head and you can take pre-measures as shown above.

Can you chew gum or drink water? That would help me for sure.
 
Ramadan is a great time to focus on cutting since you'll be eating less I look forward to it i drop a few % of bf 4 weeks is nothing bro i know it can be hard but I find myself coming stronger when it's over.
