help with bulking diet

BALLER

THE GOON
i am currently 6'3 235 20% body fat. should i try and bulk or cut. also what would be a good example diet for either. i do not eat cottage cheese. yuck

no i dont sorry. i am just torn whether i should cut or bulk and i have been trying to figure out how much protein/carbs/fats i should use for either. thanks for all your help guys

20 Percentand at 235? If itsreally that, i would do a strict cutting diet, get you bf % down, then after the cuttinggo for a bulking diet, your body will absorb everything you take in.

read up on the glycemic index there are charts out there that will tell you what is high on the index and what is low--stay away from simple sugars, learn as much as you can about nutrition and read some of the stuff that has already been posted on the board.

god this thread is retarded. "eat 150g of carbs and as much protein as you can" is the shittiest advice ive ever heard. i guess fat is irrelevant? what if this guy can eat 1000g of protein a day...is he still gonna get leaner? wtf.

read the cutting sticky, then come back and ask questions.

as for the issue of whether you should bulk or cut...at 20%, i would definatly recommend comming down to about 10%

baahahaha

I wouldn't jump to any conclusions on cutting here. At his height and bodyfat, 235 doesn't leave much room for muscle. One probably wouldn't be too pleased with the end result. I would recommend something along the lines of a clean bulker. First off, a pre-emptive "fuck you" to the first person that says you can't burn fat and gain muscle. I do it regularly as well as all my lifting partners. Here's what we do: Test, Tren, eat often, keep it clean, keep the protein high, lift some weights, get some rest. That is all.
