help with fat loss 22%

was up people I'm have been working out at my local gym for some time now I'm currently 225LB hight 5'11 22% body fat i have lost 15 pounds in the last 3 months i need to know if there is anything that can help me get rid of body fat faster and maybe add some muscle to it any information will help thanks
 
Lift weights! That burns more calories. Fat loss is all about your diet. What are you currently eating in each meal? you need to do cardio as well if you are looking to drop fat
 
Agree with frenchy. How long exactly have you been working out? Early stages or working out is the only time you can gain muscle AND lose fat simultaneously. After a year or so it doesn't work out so well for you. At least in my experience. I went from a fat ass 5'10 340 to about 245 stocky but chubby. It takes time for sure!
 
Look up keto diet and intermittant fasting, they're two of my favourites, you can even do both diets together if you wish. :D good luck.
