Help With Gaining More Weight

i am on a 5 day split now. 45 min workouts working out every body part once a week.


iwant to gain about 7 pounds
i eat 6 meals a day and was wondering how i can get extra cals in.


mabey just get more liquid cals in (more protein shakes)


i eat alot!!!



some adivice in order to help my apetite or even just add more weight .


i know it is possible.

i lift all compound movements and heavy (5 reps)

suggestions could help

6 meals per day aint all that much bro.. eat more!
so, u want to gain 7 pounds fat or what?
Drink more protein shakes, eat more , better slow carbz by beddytime, bracketing... it all goes on.
 
Add a protein shake here and there, when ever you have some extra time have a protein shake, use whole milk if your metabolism runs high.
