Help with large or small dose HCG and Clomid?

I was reading the thread about hCG and how your natural testosterone production could permanently be shut down or reduced if you don't take at least a small dose of hCG throughout your cycle. Now I am all stressed out cause I'm just finishing up a 10 week cycle without having been on hCG the whole time. I did take 5000ius in week 5 broken into 1000iu sub-q shots E3D; but my nads have shrunk back up again since then.

Yesterday, I just did my last 250mg jab of Test E and started my first sub-q of 1000iu's of hCG. I was going to continue 1000iu's of hCG E3D for the next 2 weeks (while also on last two weeks of anavar) and then begin post cycle therapy (pct) with clomid. I have plenty of clomid and hCG, but after reading this thread, I'm all stressed because my nads shrunk weeks ago and I thought it was no big deal.

If I have plenty of hCG and clomid, can anyone make a suggestion on how to take my hCG over these next two weeks before I start post cycle therapy (pct)? How much and how often?

And then how should I take the clomid? I was planning on 100mg ED for 2 or 3 weeks?

Thanks Oz. I sent him an email so hopefully I'll hear back soon? Really, I'm just wanting to know how much hCG is advisable to take at one time and how often?
