Help with my cycle

I am kind of new to this whole thing. I am trying to cut and loose weight. I am curently on a cycle of Tren and Tes 250. I am doing a off season baseball workout. Is the combo of Tren and Tes good for cutting? What type of workout should I be doing? Heavy weight with less reps or light weight with more reps? Any ideas of a good diet to be on. The diet will be hard for me because I work 12 hr shifts and dont have a lot of choices when it comes to food. Is there a good lean food cook book that I could use to go by? Thanks in advance for any info.
 
Well number one is this your first cycle? If you can't/ aren't going to eat like you should your wasting your time. Anyway age/weight/ stats. I hope you've cycled before cuz tren is nasty shit. It's for more experienced users and it seem like your not. Bad choice. If you wanna cut a lot has to do with diet and dropping bf. You should've researched before taking.
 
You're currently on a cycle and you're asking the most basic of questions like diet and workout? Nice job. Glad you researched before rolling into this.

I recommend you cut it all off. Do a short post cycle therapy (pct) because you're already going to be shut down.

You're clearly not ready for this shit. You don't have a workout plan, you don't have your diet in check, and you don't even know what the compounds you're taking even do.
