Help with my first cycle, young age, wanting to get on stage

Hi guys,

First of all, let me explain that I'm 19.. (most will stop reading here, but the to the ones that continued..) I'm trying to do this the safe way.

I've been on-and-off with working out for years, and my genetics are pretty s**t. But that isn't any reason to take gear. I eventually want to step on stage and am very passionate about it, and am prepared to take on a bodybuilding lifestyle. I understand I'll probably get flamed but I am really want to gain as much knowledge as I possibly can, so instead of a lecture I'm asking that you share your knowledge with me instead. If young people are going to do something anyway, it'd be better to advise them on how to do it the safest way. I'm sure a few guys can relate on this board, that might not necessarily want to say though..

I want some sort of boost with minimal long-lasting side effects, but I understand I may be susceptible to certain things regardless (height might stop etc). I understand I may get the whole 'talking to' about my age and how I'd be better off starting at a older age, but I want to compete and I know that taking steroids will definitely be beneficial in that respect.

Arnold started young, along with many many others.

I understand the concept of nutrition fully (as I actually study it), aswell as helping people with diets over on BB.com, aswell as workout routines. However, as this is me just starting back again I'll probably take gear whilst doing All Pro's or something.. compound movements etc.

So, with that in mind.. what would be most beneficial to me with an absolute minimal long lasting sides.

I may be wrong, but if I take gear sensibly by having a good PCT then I should be ok?

If not, then I'll have to just chose the safest way that will assist my bodybuilding career and accept the risks.

So, without any more ramblings, could someone recommend a decent cycle with a decent pct? I can pretty much get my hands on anything.

P.S If you want to help me but don't want to be flamed off other users for helping someone my age, just pm me instead. If you want to give me a lecture, I've already read threads with the repetitive warnings.

Thanks in advance.

First off what r ur stats? Then what do you know about a bb lifestyle? What r ur goals specifically (ie what shows r u planning to do with in what time frame?) Also what r u eating and how uch are you eating? What suplements are you taking thus far. And ultimately what r u willing to sacrifce to follow the lfe style?

I'm 5'9, 183 lbs, goal is to get massive..

I want to bulk like mad then focus on shows in a few years, as this is only me just returning to lifting. I'm currently cutting right now.

I'm on a simple protein supplement, will take creatine to help with water retention and occasionally throw in multivitamins if I don't reach my micronutrient requirements, and I'm pretty much ready to sacrifice anything. I just would prefer not to fuck myself up permanently, but if its absolutely necessary then I guess I'll have to as this is my ambition..

I'm eating 1g of protein per lb of total bodyfat (I know I can go lower, but I enjoy a higher protein diet) along with 146g of fat or so about 2k calories, and I just play with the rest. Focusing on cutting right now until I start a cycle and go on a few years of bulking, then cut and maybe step on stage if I'm ready. Which hopefully I will be.

Your 19 and my amd everyonea advice is reach your genetic peak before juicing period. You have more test running through your body right now than most of us on trt. My advice to you is instead of spending koney on gear talk to some one like 3J, whos the forum dietician and have him gve you the tools you need to grow natty. Dont ever u der estimate the ability for your natty test to do more tyan what you can pin specially when your young. There is so kuch you habe going for you at your age that most guys your gae cant seem to understand. Your gh is going through the roof your test is going through the roof. Your ability to recover from a hard work out and an injury is amazing. Many things that you give up once you start pinning.

Eat rest sleep, thats 90% of your growth gym time and gear make the other 10 and break that down as you will. You right now habe in you naturally what us old guys have to use a needle to get.

Good luck to you

Oh and I didnt reach 185 lbs until I was 28 and am 5"10. Your heads and shoulders atyour age when I was your age.

I understand, and respect, what you have said. However, to be honest, if I jump on gear right now I'll be much bigger in 6 months than I will be in a year naturally. As I said, its not being natural I care about, its being massive.

In my particular case, what I could achieve naturally is much lower than the average lifter as my generics are really bad. So I really don't see any logical point to starting gear later, keeping me further away from my goals, when although I'll get bigger in the years I'm off gear, I could be soo much bigger on gear.

So its not just a case of you taking gear to get what us young guys have got, because that would just be a test cycle, and that would work most likely at the same rate of a natural 20- year old, so instead of just test cycles people also add dbol etc.

But thanks again fella.

i think you should search up a bit. you still have your Natural tests which r really high and thats a great help in getting big and once you get on was your natural tests will be shut down and even after doing a perfect cycle and PCT you won't have the Same tests again and even if after that you wanna go ahead and do AAS then read up on the steroid profile and see which one you want to try.

I'm cutting right now to shed a good bit of fat before I go on such a long bulk.

Then I'll cut again..
