Help with new split please

So I've been having bad lower back pain after a max deadlift attempt usin bad form. Been expirience bad pain since November and I can't really train legs so I meed a new split since I can't do legs untily back heals.

Here's what I've thought up but I am open to suggestions as I'm not set on one yet

Sun- chest/triceps
Mon- back/biceps
Tues- shoulders/abs
Wed- rest/recover
Thurs- push (chest/shoulders/triceps)
Fri- pull (back/bis)
Sat- rest/recover

The only issue with is I'm concerned about overtraining on this

Or
Push/pull/cardio/ rest then repeat. Essentially push/pull/legs but replace legs with cardio

Or
Sun- chest
Mon- back
Tues-rest
Wed- shoulders
Thurs- arms
Fri- cardio
Sat- cardio

Typical 5 day bro split but replace legs with cardio


Any critisicm or advice will be appreciated
I know it's bad to skip legs but I have no choice until my lower back heals up
It's my s1 joint and muscle strain
 
I'm gonna go ahead and do the first split i stsrted last night
It's pissing me off I can't do legs. When my back heals trust me my legs are gonna be working and will be my focus
 
Have you tried any single leg stuff (pistols etc.?)
Also hiit on the bike helped me keep some sort of leg power when I couldnt train legs before
