help with only 2 days 2 train sun/sat...

ok sat and sunday are the days available 2 me too lift right now....im on the 5x5 right now also but want to know how i should do this...im thinking
sat:
chest-flat bench 5x5
incline cable flyes 2x10
incline db press 2x10
back-deads 5x5
chins 2x10
rowes 2x10
quads-squats 5x5
hack sq 2x10
extensions 2x10
abs 4x10
calf raises 5x15
sun:
shoulders-mil. press 5x5
side laterals 3x10
shruggs 2x10
bent over lats 2x10
hams-stiff legged deads 5x5
lying leg curls 2x10
leg press 2x10
hyper extension for low back 2x10
seated calf raises 5x15

if my arms are up 2 it i was thinkin id do bi's and tri's on sun also...but was unsure if it would be to much....
also i was goning 2 super set all my 5x5 exercises then circuit train all the secondary exercises...what are ur guys thoughts on this...

if you only have 2 days that are back to back i would keep it simple as possible , saturday = flat bench 3 sets x 5 reps / incline db press 3 sets x 8-10 reps / side laterals 3 sets x 10 / HEAVY rows 3 sets 6-8 reps / pick 1 tricep excercise 3 sets x 10 reps and 3 sets 8-10 reps straight bar curls . sunday = squat 3 sets x 5-8 reps HEAVY / deadlifts 3 sets 5-8 reps HEAVY / pick 1 calf excercise , and thats all i would do except rotate in and out different things but keep the big 3 flat bench / squat / deads . you have 2 much volume packed into 2 days with 2 much assistance work so for now i would stick to the bread and butter stuff and leave out all the extras .

day1
chest, shoulders, tris and abs

day 2
quads, hams, back, calves and bis.

if it was me i would do 1 all out set for each BP. more of a DC style. either RP or straight set.
 
exactly, i think you could theoretically make progress assuming your nutrition was right on target and you were training complete balls to the wall
 
if u r thinking that u will have a musclemag cover phot kinda physique by working out on sat n sudnays, my advice to u will be that plzzz dont ever enter dreamlandd...

if u r hitting out on sa tn sun just for the sake of keeping fit..then i salute uu...

ok that sounds much better than what i had planned...plus it probably wont take as much time...lol alright so just flat bench squat and deads balls out with some minor secondary lifts....i think i can handle that...thanks guys
oh and PB what are all the acronims, i was followin what u were saying till u started the; bp, dc stuff ,sorry if this is some thing i oughta know or is it jargin from on here at this board...it just threw me off...

bp = body part , dc = doggcrap , which is a style of lifting taught by dante who is a very knowledgeable trainer .

try a search , on here in-human is who has posted the most about it so do a search useing his name as well and you will find loads of stuff to read .

you have no clue as to what you are saying. 2/w is plenty to grow off of. maybe you should try it. i have made some of my best gains off a 2/w routine.

you the same guy that called m1t garbage cause you didnt know how to take it.

pullinbig, in this world there exists a groups where all the members are called MR.know-all ..and trust me u r the leader of the group..

i called m1t rubbish cuz i was foolishly expecting miracles from day 5 of my first cycle...

and mate 2 days in the gym may help u mantain a good fitness level but no beach exhibiting physique can be gained when u spend just 2 days in the gym...

pullinbig warms up with what you maxx and he didnt get there by being a idiot when it comes to training you have a lot to learn and you wont ever learn it if you keep thinking you know it all .
you can add mass on 2 quality days a week , maybe not competition ready mass but quality mass . lift heavy and lift smart .
