help with pct my first cycle ever

i finished my first cycle ever .. 500 sust / week (250 ml ampoule 2 shots/week)
i had 0.25 arimidex e0d.
for pct i have only ..24 pills of 50mg clomiphene citrate
60 pills of 20mg tamoxifen(nolva)
i was thinking of 3 weeks 50mg clomid daily and 4 weeks of nolva 40/30/20/20.
any help i would apreciate

you need a full four weeks of clomid.. why didn't you have that on hand before the fact?

It is definitively better to do a full 4 weeks of clomid. Clomid is what they give you to restart your test production if it is low before they go to trt. With that said, there are people that only do one or the other, including myself in the beginning. I always recovered, but I have always had low t so recovery for me wasn't saying much. Honestly, don't stress too much over it. You will still recover just fine. May take an extra week, but if you can get more clomid then get it. Just remember, this is one of those things that one should take every possible precaution. Everyone is different.
