Help with Quad Injection Location

Can anybody give me some guidlines for a quad injection?

For example, I've seen a diagram for a ventroglute injection where you (or rather the person giving you the injection) make a "v" with your index and ring finger and place it so it lines up on the iliac crest of the hip, then shoot in between the second knuckles of your two fingers.

Just wondering if there was any sort of hand placement or anything like that to make finding the sweet spot easier. Last time I did a quad inject the oil leaked out of the muscle and gave me some sort of cellulitis for about a week.

Thanks all.

Have you checked out spotinjections.com? I usually use the outer and upper quad when injecting them.

Sit in a chair and put your left hand on your right knee with the middle finger touching the end of the knee...Place your right hand palm down against your hip. Now move both hands about 1 inch to the outside (in this case to the right) the place you want to aim for is inbetween the end of your right middle finger and the back of your left wrist. Let me know if this was helpful..

i hate quad inj, i did them for one cycle and never again. I would much rather use glutes, delts and chest than quads. My fucking quads flexed in the middle of one and i thought i was going to pass out, lol.
