I was gonna saw what DADAWG said. You cant gain weight. Even with steroids. If you could ever figure your diet/issue out...working out alone and eating correctly would make you grow like you are on steroids. Its probably just dieing to fill out.

Im not taking the shakes as a meal replacment, im eating 3 times a day and i actually have a decent diet. Tuna, fruit, red meat etc.

Bump that to 6-7 times a day. You need to eat way more than 3 times a day to grow!
