hi i have been training for 3 years now and have put on decent amount of size but i want to get bigger. i have never done a deadlift or squat in my life. i havnt done deadlifts because i have heard they make your waist wider and i naturally have a skinny waist and would like to keep it that way and also because im not too fussed on having a big back anyway, so i only do 3 sets of chin ups, 3 sets of cable rows and 3 sets of pulldowns on back day. Also on leg days i only do 3 sets of leg press machines because im not fussed about having big leg muscles either. to be honest i just want to get bigger on the arms, shoulders and chest, and i was just wondering if after a certain point in building muscle, i need to make my back grow abit from deadlifts so that the rest of me can grow bigger like my arms and chest and that or if i could keep on going without doing deadlifts or legs and still keep my arms and chest growing? thanks
