So I believe it has come to this. I am a NOOB on this site and to the world of MAN SUPPLEMENTS. I am here more to get insight and opinions and what direction I should go, if any. Im 5'8 and a bit weighing in at about 180 give or take, bf around 20%. I use to be 220 about 3 years ago and somewhere around 28% bf. I have been glued to the gym for the past 2 years and since then I have dropped about 15-20lbs. Inches have fell from my waist and bf has dropped to about 20% which is where I am now. The bf is an idea as I have the typical walmart scale that measure with your socks off. Food intake I would say is really good. I think I could eat more, but when I tried that i started gaining weight. I dont eat junk food and hardly drink ever. (maybe the odd time every few months). I feel like i havent moved anywhere in a while and I would like to pack on some lean muscle and bulk. I would like to be a CUT 190-200. Don't know what to start taking or what a good beginner cycle is. I have read a few posts on here and have seen some people get chopped down about what they are thinking of using.
The more help the better.
Thanks in advance

Continue what you are doing. consistency is key. Keep cleaning up your diet and get it honed in best to your body and how you feel. Are you asking if you should go the AAS route or looking for input? If thats the case I would say no and wait till you lean up a little more.. I hear the results very pertaining to BF % esp w estrogen. Great work on the overall results too! How many times are you eating daily? What are you eating? How long is your workout session cardio and weights? Have you thought about going to a sport nutritionist and getting a routine diet put together with the above stats? "I want to be 190lbs, lean, tell me what to eat and what to do." I have buddies who have gone that route and its really worked for them.. It help you get YOUR body in line with the correct portions, fats, protein, carbs, etc.. GOOD LUCK MAN! Keep up the good work!

Bigger7. Thanks a lot. I'm under the impression AAS route will speed up the process. Currently I eat about 6 times a day. Brown rice, vegetables, eggs, fish, chicken, red meat in the form of steak or ground meat. Cottage cheese. An then my supplements on he side. Creatine. Pre workout. Protein powder. Multi vitamin. HMB. Yohimbe just finished. Raspberry ketones. So throughout my day I normally consume all that. 3j told me I stay away from fruit as it messes with my acidity levels. No te odd time alcohol. I did a solid 2 months with 3J and even he was confused. Had all my stuff measured and everything. My training routine is about 10 mins bike warmup. 1-2 hours of weights then 30 mins or so of cardio low heart rate.

^^^^ What was said above. Gear is not a quick fix, just a means to recover faster. It wont do the work for you, youstill have to put in the hard work!!! Keep it up brother.

I would have to agree you are doing great but you look to be a bit more than 20%, keep up the diet and hitting the weights, I don't think you are quite at the point to start aas.

I consume red meat and ground meat as well but try to limit it to a certain extent, mostly focus on consuming lean protein like chicken, turkey, fish, eggs. I'll drink a protein shake if I'm too lazy to cook, but never more than two a day.
