I am pretty much stumped with dieting......I cannot find any sort of diet that can get my body fat to go away faster. I do about 45 minutes of cardio a day and I have pretty clean eating habits. I have a cheat day about every 10-14days. I have gone from 215lbs to 182lbs in from July to September. Now this past month I have only dropped two pounds to only 180.
What I want to do is get down to about 12% bf and I am guessing I am probably about 19-20% right now.
Anyone have any ideas to what might be able to help me out at all?
Just in case this is going to be asked I am going to give it anyways

taking daily: 3520mg fish oil, 500mg vitamin c, and a multi-vitamin
750mg l-glutamine on days that I lift
