ok ladies ,... i'm about to embark on a training venture... i'm training a good friend of mine. she is a beautiful 6'1" black woman. currently weighing in at about 137lbs. inseam is 38" ...!!!!!! ... i know a LOT about training a man (as i am one),,, but what do i do about supplements for a woman? .. do i put her on a morning whey shake? do i put her on 1grm of protein per lb of body weight?.. looking to get her to about 16% bf if not less and very toned. please sound off and let me know what you all think. thanks !
