Here My GET RIPPED workout?

Hello,

Well I have posted I few message asking pretty much about losing fat or weight, and I have came up with a program, I would like to know from all of you out there if this will work,

I am trying to tone up my stomach area, but keep my body pumping to keep most of my muscle mass. Stat:
I will be taking N.O.-XPLODE Before Work out, and taking Fish oil pills, and drinking Protein,
I will be on abit of a Diet,
2200-2500 CAL A DAY
168GRAMS OF PROTEIN a day MORE ON DAYS OFF, that is with protein drinks and meat combine, Reducing my Carbs.

168LB - Trying to keep that size just more cut then beefy.
5'9
Bi-cep -14.75 inchs
Chest - 41.75inchs
Waist - 34 inchs (Across belly button)
Hips - 35 inchs
Thighs - 18 inches


Day 1
Bench 3 sets max low reps
Preacher - 4sets of 12/10/8 (increase weight 25-30 sec rest)
Clean Press - 4sets of 15/15/15/8 (10-15SEC REST)
bike 30mins
ABS Bike air kick,Ball raises, Crunch machine

Day 2 At home - Bike 45min - ABS same as day 1 with out machine

Day 3
Arnold Press- 3 sets 12/10/10
One Arm Cable pulldown 3 sets 10/8/6-8
Cable FLAT BAR curls - 4sets 12/10/8/6
20 - 25min bike

Day 4 At home bike 40min/ Bow-flex/ Abs

Day 5
Chest flys - 3 sets 12/10/8
Sqaut - 3 sets 10/8/8
Seat Calf - 3sets 15/12/12
Back curl 20/20/18
ABS same

weekend At home light bowflex and 30min bike
 
one question
your weight is 74kg and your waist size is 34 inchs. thats a big waist for a 74 kgs. what were u eating
 
Yes I am abit bigger in that waist area, that is with me letting it sit free.
But for the size waist and my size bi-cep it looks messed up.

So now with all your help, I join it all up and came out with my idea hoping all of you can let me know if this may do good.
I have also been told to use 30 mg or so Anavar?
 
i would train 2on 1 off 2on 2off. this give u plenty of rest and give you more time in gym. with the cardio, i would do 16 mins on ( you know those bikes u sit in and your legs are in front). pick a level that is pretty hard and pandle between 85-95 turns a min. five times a week. let your diet take the weight off u. not the cardio. 30 mins of cardio will take your muscle off you.

I will try it is hard for me to have a routine, cause of work, Some days I have to work 10 - 12 hours a day, and I get atless 1-2 a week, and sometime saturdays also, so I try to work around that, I sometime hit the gym 4-5 times a week, and then miss a 1 or 2 and then maybe get 2 day in then 1 off, kind of all over. I set up my plan like that so you all would get the idea.
so maybe I would:

Gym 1 - Bench/Chest-flys/Arnold Press/Clean Press - Some running 30-35min ABS
Gym 2 - Ti-cep seat BB press/ 1 arm pressdown/ Preacher/cable flat bar curl/forearm curls - cardio 25min ABS

Gym 3 - Sqaut/seated calf/back curls/back fly - 45min ABS

Gym 4 - At Home: Bowflex(Chest flys,ti-cep press,BB CURLS) - BIKE 35-40 min ABS

Gym 5 - AT HOME : ABS

GYM 6 - BACK TO GYM 1

AND about the 30 mg or so Anavar is this good for me, will this help my body?
 
so how's this plan workin out for ya?..

Incorporate any cardio yet?
