Here's a thought about the general perception on health.

We live in a world where when it comes to health (exercise, diet, supplements, etc) The Dr's and politicians and general public always prescribe or recommend the most conservative levels.

But when it comes to unhealthy behaviours they are largely very liberal.

Sure you can eat a cheeseburger and 30 French fries and drink a soda and have dessert after....but take 6 or 7 Vitamins 3 times daily and work out 30 to 60 mins. A day that's just too much. That many vitamins is dangerous and that much exercise is waaayyy too much.

My Dr. Said 1 to 2 drinks a day is fine. But 5000iu of vitamin D is too much and can hurt me.....

Crazy world!

We all like to use gear and most of us will report that within reasonable doses gear has made us even healthier. We also know and understand the risks involved. But if you go to work tomorrow and tell them you're on test and deca they will ostracize you mean while they will sit and laugh how drunk they got over the weekend while sucking down cigarettes..

Am I right?
