Hey everyone,new guy intro

Hey new guy here just wanted to properly introduce myself.

I signed up yesterday,but have been lurking on & off for years as a guest(?)

I'm 47 years old about to turn 48 in a couple of months.I have been on TRT since I was 40.I've been lifting weights since I was 14 with some time off for injuries & surgery.
Injuries :Tore both rotator cuffs within a year of each other,got the left one fixed but not the right one.Herniated discs in lower back L4,L5,S1.Have gotten shots in the discs + PT & have been feeling almost no pain in back lately.Right shoulder is weaker than the left & not as "full" looking.
Arthritis in both knees makes it impossible to do heavy squats anymore.

I'm currently on my first real cycle,but I'm not sure if I should post it here since this is an "introduction subforum".

I workout 5 days a week.It's always changing but it's usually something like this:

Sun:Chest
Mon:Back
Tues:Shoulders/Abs
Wed:Rest/Cardio
Thurs:Legs
Fri:Arms
Sat:Rest/Cardio

Anyways it's good to be here.You all seem very knowledgeable on diet & training tecniques.
