Hey my name is John. I've been working out for about 7 years now. Right now my bodyfat is a little higher than I want it to be. I'm currently, 5'9, 210lbs, with 18% body fat. Last year I was 240 with 20% bodyfat. I'm looking to get down to about 12% and stay there. Not looking to be a pro, but I want to look good when I take off my shirt. Here's a bit of my program....

Workouts; 5 times per week doing cardio on Tues and Thurs and weights on the other days.
Diet; 4-6 meals per day. I try to eat more fruit and raw nuts during the day then eat some chicken, steak, lamb, or wild game with some greens and starches.
Supplements: Multi Vitamin, Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes, Jay Robb Whey.
Supplier: Nutrition Arsenal dot com for just about everything except for the Jay Robb Whey.

Right now I'm considering taking some Methastadol, cause I heard it was a Superdrol clone. When I googled it I noticed there were a few more still out there. Halo Plex was claiming to be a Hdrol clone and M1 D was another one that I saw.

I would love to hear any suggestions or thoughts on what would be my best approach.

If you stack them, you will get gains like you've never seen. Or you can just use one of em and still get some pretty good gains. You might want to read up more on them before you take em. -Sounds like pretty solid advice to me. You could easily lose a liver and a kidney or two which would help get your weight down. lol
