HGH and IGF Lr3

starting HGH and a nice size cycle i plan on taking the HGH for the next year and working my way up to 8ius a day
i have 2 questions how fast should i work up to the 8ius a day
and i have been reading a lot about IGF Lr3 and wanted to take it while on my cycle cuz i herd not to take it for more than 5 weeks so i figuer it would be great to incorporate into my cycle. now i herd mixed things about taking IGF Lr3 with HGH i herd its great and i also herd IGF ruins the HGH has anyone here have experiance with this that could give me some advice
 
If you are taking blue top, the most common and effective dose for men (for growth purposes) is 6iu a day.

IGF-1 is commonly used with GH, it is kind of a pain to mix and is responsible for acromegaly. But GH's ability to stimulate the release of IGF-1 makes it an effective muscle building stack.

Hgh turns into igf in your body, you only run igf in cycles or do post workout injections as it is what actually builds muscle... You don't need to build up your dose with hgh take what you want as long as it is reasonable and if you have too many sides bump th dose down as everybody has a different tolerance

Numb/tingling hands, stiff joints but most commonly hands, wrists and knees... If you feel lethargic towards the end of the day you should supplement some t3 or t4, or lower doses till you have that on hand... Also hgh can affect your insulin resistance so try not to eat carbs immediately after injection

I would recommend starting at 2iu per day, 1iu when you wake up, it will combat cortisol which is great before morning cardio. The other one at least a half hour after you have your post workout shake. As bigbody said it does cause insulin resistance which is not what you want right after training hard, many people take the hgh with insulin post workout to fight the resistance however I don't recommend it. Do your best to avoid taking it close to bed time, our bodies release hgh in several pulses every day, the largest one being shortly after you get into a deep sleep. A late night injection can affect your natural pulse.

If you're on the bigger side you could start at 3 or 4 split in two, just listen to your body and comfortably ramp up.

As for the IGF, I just finished mine last month...Its great. People use it differently. Some use it before workout because it does give you a pump like insulin, I have tried it this way and it does give a great pump however I have read by most people it is best post work IM in the muscle group worked. Most will start with 50mcg split into two injections, ie 25mcg in each pec. Is your kit 1G? (1000mcg). 50mcg 5 times a week PW youre good for a month. I love IGF it healed my patella tendonitis which has bothered me for two years, I also fractured my foot playing basketball, air cast off in 2 weeks, doctor couldnt believe it. It has amazing healing properties site specific, where hgh just turns into IGF and is spread throughout the body. You will grow new muscle cells, I have read it does take several months after the cycle to see the full benefit as the new cells mature. Keep us posted.

Bigbody I noticed you changed from "grey" results to great results which is a big difference, glad it is actually great. Just got back from banging legs, took my 2iu hyg IM with 2u slin. I like the hyg better than the blue top I had before. How long have you been taking the somatropin, and when do you prefer to take it?

Lol I am on my iPhone and it changed it to grey and I didn't notice till after I posted... I take every morning and I do my workouts in the morning too... I've only been on for a few weeks but my sleep is 10x better, stamina through the roof and leaning down quite a bit... I also just started a cycle a few days ago...
