how much hgh and insulin a day should i take...im runnin 500mg and 400mg a week of test and eq..but adding the hgh and insulin what should i take

I'd advise against insulin. However, if you are dead set on using it, there are some great tutorials to be found in the "articles" section of this site.

dont take insulin dude .... add gh and t4 but stay away from the insulin ... esp if your asking people online
