Hi need help for girlfriend

Hi there, im new to the site and have recently started my own cycle of Deca Durabolin and Sus.

My gf, has shown interest, but she wants to shed a few pounds first.

But neither her nor I know that much about womens juice or fat burners.

She has a good diet and works out regularly, but needs the extra kick.

Shes 20.

we need more info.. how is her training and diet right now?...this plays a huge role in progress!! how LONG has she been lifting for?
 
Can you give us a little more information hun? How long has she been training? What are her stats? What are her goals?
If she's looking to lose some weight, I'd like to know what her diet looks like. There are no magic pills. With fat loss, diet is the far most important thing. So, perhaps you might give us a little more info on her and we can be of more assistance. Thanks.:)
 
Well the thing is she isnt really big into lifting, or building a TON of muscle mass, so shes basically toning up and trying to get her old shape back.

She eats her regular protein, vegtables, red meat, dairy etc... Were currently not living together:( so I cant really provide a direct diet plan.
But shes on the eliptical trainer and doing light weights everyday pretty much.
For the most part, shes doing everything right as far as I can see, but shes pretty stubborn and would like faster results, as do I and thats why I do what I do:)

Hope that is helpful enough, some insight would be greatly appreciated.

So basically, its a fat burner shes looking for, with the possibility to have better gains with weights.
If theres such a thing?? lol

Okay, well there's lots of great fat burners out there. Her diet is going to be the most important factor here though. Just be sure that she's eating six small meals a day and that she is consuming at least one gram of protein per body pound divided amongst her six meals. She can get her protein from tuna, salmon, turkey, lean cuts of beef, egg whites, skim milk, cottage cheese and/or a whey protein supplement. Her complex carbs should come from oats, rice, yams, and potatoes.
Be sure she's taking in an adequate amount of healthy fats as well. She can get her fats from olive oil, flax oil, nuts and seeds, oily fish...
She should also be taking in at least two servings of greens a day as well. Try to have her drinking 4 liters of water per day.
In terms of fat burners, there are so many on the market. I myself prefer the ephedra based products. If you choose to use an ephedra based product, have her start with half the recommended dose to assess her tolerance before increasing it. Ripped Fuel, Xenadrine, Charge etc. are all good thermogenics in my opinion. Once again, I myself prefer the versions with the MaHuang in it as opposed to the ephedra free versions.

How long has she been training for? Can you give us an idea of the type of weight workuot she would be doing and we can make some changes if need be? Thanks :)
 
Well, shes been regularly working out for about 3 months, before then, off and on.
But she is set on getting her figure back.
I should explain.
Back in June 2002 she had to have surgery as her appendix had exploded in the hospital, ever since then she hasnt had the drive nor has she made the time to get back into shape, she put on roughly 15-18lbs in that time and wants it gone now.
My question for you guys is,
Will 40min on the elicptical trainer and basic exercises like preacher curls, chest flys, 50 crunches and a few tricep excercises help her get on the road to healthy living again?
She doesnt really know of many exercises and when I try to help im being bossy lol go figure:)
She has been eating alot of cottage cheese, lettuce, celery, tomatoes and peanut butter as of late.
When I was over at her place last night we talked about it for a bit and she seems to be very willing to do this again.
She has also been eating alot of strip steak, chicken and fish ie: tuna, salmon and cod.

I hope theres a bit more info for you, if not let me know lol ill try again.

And yes she is looking for a fat burner with as little side effects as possible.

Well for now to get her into the weight training, you could have her start off by doing a circuit style workout for the first month or so and then we could switch her up to a split program.
A circuit is a full body workout that is done without rest between exercises. It is generally done every other day, for example Mon, Wed, Fri. or Tues, Thurs, Saturday.
If that sounds like something she'd be interested in, we could whip one up for her I'm sure. Now, will she be training at home or at a gym?

haha, im not sure, shes very insecure when it comes to talking about her weight and her exercise.

Shes still in decent shape, 5'4 135lbs. but she gets this in her head and is very hard on herself.

Ill see what I can do tonight.

See if you can get her on here. That would be awesome! We're here to help regardless of whether she comes on or we relay through you....lol

She works out at home for the most part, although im trying to get her in the gym, but unfortunatley, being a student she doesnt have the funds to get into a decent gym, so im trying to cover the cost for her.

So, what kind of equipment does she have at home. That would be helpful for me in making up a program for her.:)
 
Shes got her eliptical trainer and a staionary bike, a curl bar and a few dumbells.
thats pretty much it.

That why im trying to get her into a gym.
So many more exercises available.

The bad thing is, the closest gym is $55/month.

$55 a month??? What do they have, gold dumbbells? lol
