GymLift New member Dec 9, 2007 #6 The bottom number is even more important than the top number. For example, 130/90 = not good.
GymLift New member Dec 9, 2007 #8 60-70 is fine for diastolic. 148 on one reading raises on eyebrow. Start monitoring your BP.
