High calorie deficit and gear

Hi,

I calculated my daily calorie needs with the benedict harris method, I need to consume 3,500 calories every day to maintain my weight.
Well I am eating around 1,500 calories every day, so in theory I should lose around 2 kg every week right?

My macro's are around 1,500 calories, 250-260 grams op protein, 50- 100 grams of carbs and 20-30 grams of fats.
Every 3th day I ''load'' carbs and eat around 200- 250 grams of carbs.

The steriod compounds what I use are
125 mg Testosterone Every week
300-400 MG tren ace Every week (i inject 100-120 mg EOD)
HCG 500 iu E3D
Ephedrine/caffeine/aspirine 1 capsule every day.
T3 50 MCG ED
---------------------------------------------------------
I also do 30 -40 min cardio every day If I can and burn around 400 calories on it.

Is there someone here who did the same thing? Like being really low on calories and lost almost nothing on muscle while being this low?

The idea of dieting down is to gradually decrease calories as you lose weight. You seem to be just picking a low number and stickong to it. This is wrong. You will lose more muscle. As your body needs less...give it less..

I started with 2500 then 2000 and now 1500.
Im doing 1500 because i was stupid enough the listen to that **** bullcrap and waste months on gear because of the ''you can eat everything and lose fat on tren'' bullcrap.
Now I now more and tren should be a really good muscle retainer while on a really low calorie diet

Just curious do you ever refeed? I dont meen a carb load, but an actual cheat day?

Also we would have to take a look at the kinda of food you are eating. Not just your macros...
