high creatine levels how to drop fast

I am on my 6th week of test at 500 per week and 12.5 of exemastane per day having surgery on the 31st of this month but did not
pass pre opp shysical creatine levels were at 1.57 and red blood cells just a little high, do I suspend any more test until after surgery
or just keep on with cycle but need to lower creatine fast

First, it is Creatinine.

To lower it: drink more water (not sugary beverages), eat less protein, stop your cycle and begin the PCT phase. AI's can irritate the kidneys in some people. If you are taking any supplements stop taking them. You really don't want to be on any thing that is metabolized or excreted by the kidneys. You can usually find out what uses the kidneys on Wikipedia.

What was your creatinine at in you pre-cycle blood work? Are you certain that your cycle is what caused it to increase?

As for red blood cells, that is easy to lower. Go to the Red Cross and donate a pint of blood. That should drop your hematocrit 2-3 points.
