High estrogen, low free T?

Hi, first of all I want to say that I am not on TRT, these are my natty results. I was a bit confused over the Estrogen number as well as the Free T.

Total Testosterone: 881 ng/dl (ref: 348 - 1197)
Free Testosterone: 15.1 pg/ml (ref: 9.3 - 26.5)
DHEA Sulfate: 609.5 ug/dl (ref: 138.5 - 475.2)
LH: 3.7 (ref: 1.7 - 8.6)
FSH: 2.2 (ref: 1.5 - 12.4)
IGF-1: 269 (ref: 98 - 282)
Estrogens total: 88 (ref: 40 - 115)

Question 1: Why is my free testosterone below the middle of the range but my total testosterone is in the higher range? How can I increase my free T?
Question 2: Why is my FSH so low? Is this good or bad?
Question 3: Not sure what "Estrogens" mean, is it E2? If so, isn't it quite high? Is this causing the free T to go down? Should I take an AI?

I'd say you're doing great. Free test varies... you might consider testing SHGB to see where that falls.
Since T is high, low FSH and LH if anything are a good indication that your testicles are functioning well.

Estrogens total probably includes estradiol, estrone and estriol. Not that useful of a test, better to test just estradiol for men.

Are you taking anything at all? How about in the past? I'm not sure I would change a thing with natty bloodwork like that.

Never taken anything in the past. Was considering jumping on TRT but my levels seem pretty good now. I've had a total T in the low 300s before that's why I wanted to check them again. I think SSRIs may have been the cause of the low T earlier. Been off them for 2 years now.

Everything looks good. TRT would just get your back to where you are right now or even lower.

SSRI's definitely can negatively impact your TT.

You should have checked E2, not total Estrogen.
