Hiit

Well, reason why I ask about this, is that ive been experimenting with it during my cut. Hiit, or "high intensity interval training", is supossed to burn more fat than the more conventional "moderate intensity long duration training".

To be honest, I didnt find this to be true at all. Week2 into my cut, I changed my normal cardio routine into this, W3 I did a mix of normal and HIIT cardio.
W4 I changed back to the old fashioned workout, and was happy with it.

Now, Im thinking, maybe I did it wrong. At the wrong time, to often or whatever. Has anyone tried HIIT for fat-burning with any success?
