Has anyone ever tried HIT ,and if so did it work as well as a lot of people are claiming.I mean Dorian Yates swears by it and trains himself along with others in this training program,Mike metzner another one who lived by it ,I understand when the muscle is broken down it needs to repair , so the less it is broken down the quicker it can repair ,but how effective is training only 15 to 30 min really? I mean for an advanced BB is it logical ? 90% of what I see pro BB and amatuers do 3 to 5 sets ive seen some go up to 10 sets with the rep range also varying .ay thoughts?
