How can I gain muscle weight,without getting fat?

Hi,I need help,How can I get muscle weight without getting fat?I been going to the gym and I do alot of exercice for my stomach and I see its changing but I want to gain more weight without getting fatter.What do I have to buy to drink or what do I have to eat? please help.

You have do to heavy resistance traning, with compund movements like squat, deadlift and benchpress.

Add to that a "clean" diet with lots of protein. Your calorie intake should be just on or above maintenance a day, not +1000kcal.

You don't need any fancy pills or supplements, most is total bullshit anyway. Maybe a protein powder, thats it.

right on. Also throw in a bit of cardio if u're worried about fat gain. If u want try and high protein low carb diet that should help u get cut while gaining some muscle. Can i ask y u're so worried about adding a bit of fat?? Its not that hard to loose ya know.

dong exercises for your stomahc wil NOT make you cut or ripped..
that goes for any muscle group as well..trust me if having a ripped stomach was a function of doing exercises for it id have a 20 pack lol i work my abs/core very hard and with heavy weights as well..

to gain youre going to have to eat along with a good training routine..you dont have to get fat to put on muscle but youll need to realize that if your eating below maintenance dont expect much if any at all muscle gains

Agree.
Getting ripped means low bodyfat. To loose bf you can do cardio and eat clean and less kcals.
You can bulk your abs to get them bigger but that's not going to give you six pack. Loose the fat for that.
 
Doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach or 30grams of protein, and using carb cutoffs will help tremendously. And like everyone else mentioned, eat cleaner meals. Im not taking tuna and rice cakes all day long, you can eat crap once in awhile (once or twice a week, before 6pm).
 
Cardio - Will stimulate your metabolism
Drink Green Tea
Try and avoid mixing carbs and fat
Keep a Carb cut off (example, no carbs after 6 pm)
Eat a relative clean diet

Thank you for all your comments,The reason about me worring of gaining more weight is that I used to weight 220 pounds,and now I weight 162,I want my stomach to be hard because I still have a little stomach like the streached skin.but thanks for your help
