How do these numbers look??

Hey everyone, i am sorta new [compared to some] to bodybuilding and fitness, but i am just wondering how my progression and numbers look.

I know that numbers are definately not everything, especially when it comes to bodybuilding, but i am just curious as to how i stack up to other guys with my skill level and training experience.

I have only been lifting and eating [with discipline] for about 2 1/2 years and now am very very disciplined with everything.

I weigh about 210 in the morning dry, am 5'11'' and am probably bout 16-17%bf right now.

I dont really do 1rep maxs.

[note] i dont ever bench but recently did incline barbell to see what i could do.

Incline bench- 245 for 6 reps

Deadlift- 385 for 6 reps

Barbell rows- 215 for 8 reps

Overhead barbell press- 205 for 4-6 reps

Barbell shrugs- 405 for 4 reps

Havent done squats for bout 4 months but the last time i did them i got 345 for 8 reps

Leg press- 890 for 10 reps

Hope noone laughs at these numbers but i have worked my ass of to get where im at and would just appreciate some contructive critism.

thanks ;)

No shame in any of those.

Better question: do you attempt to give it everything you have when you lift? I always admire guys I see putting in maximum effort over the genetically gifted guy half-assing it and still benching/squatting a gazillion pounds.

Yeah i think that if someone isnt going to put 100% into it then why even do it at all. I might not have the genetics some have but i can honestly say that i put 110% into everything and thats more than what some of the bigger guys in my gym can say. I see really big guys all of the time walking around like they own the gym, but they always push the same weight and even though they are big, they have looked the same for years without much, if any progress. I can't wait to see what i can do in 20 years!

From one brother with rotten genetics to another -- great attitude my man!

Well i dont really have bad genetics but i know that im not realistically gonna be Mr. Olympia or anything.

With that being said, i do have decent genetics because i started out weighing about 145 with like 18% bf and now am the same bf but weigh bout 210 and like i said, ive only been liftin for like 2 years. So i couldn't have terrible genetics. i know some guys who have literally gained like 10lbs over the course of like 5-7 years. Thats what you call shitty genetics my man.lol

i think im gonna start doing only lean bulk cycles though, as i feel they might be more effective

Yes they were. i hate guys that dont go parallel. My legs are bout 26+in. but got to bring my bf down just a bit.
