How do you dose your HCG & adex

How do you guys plan your HCG and adex doses for your TRT?

Do you take all three on the same days? Or do you have a schedule where you take the HCG the day before test and the adex the day after test? etc...

What would be the optimal way to dose them to control e2? Or is it something that is catered to each individual?

I take them all on the same day. That may not be the optimal way to do it, but I like the advantages it offers. Namely being much easier to remember when to take the meds and being able to do one injection instead of two for the test and hCG

Dosage: there are guideline on what is a good place to start, but figuring out what works best for you will take some tinkering. Best way to usually start TRT is without an AI to first see if you even need one. Blood work should be checked 4-6 weeks after starting TRT.

Ideally if you make changes to your protocol you will only adjust one variable at a time to be able to assess its impact.

I usually take my hCG the day before each testosterone injection...so every 4 days.

HCG the day before testosterone also. I'm on E3D dosing, so its easy to remember. T shot ->no shot->HCG shot. Repeat. I don't need an AI, I'm lucky.

I take my HCG the day before my test show, E3.5D. I get lots of blood work done, so when I see I need an AI, I take that on the same day as the HCG.

How long does it take you to see the effects of the AI? Is it instant for you or does it take a while to dial into your routine?

When I am dramatically changing any of my hormones, I get a blood test every 2 - 3 weeks. It is worth it to me to spend that money so I know what is happening quickly so I can adjust to it. The AI works pretty fast, two weeks later I see a good change.

Would something like this be a logical TRT program:

Day 1: HCG
Day 2: Test
Day 3: Adex
Day 4: HCG
Day 5: Test
Day 6: Adex
Day 7: Nothing

I think you are over thinking this. Just find a routine that works for you and is easy yo implement. You don't have to get the utmost optimal protocol.

Lol true. I was just curious if, from a medical standpoint, it would make sense to take the AI the day after HCG & Test.

Not sure if it makes a difference, since none of the esters I use are very fast acting anyway.
