How do you...

How do you know if you've reached your "genetic" potential? Theoretically you can always get a little stronger and gain more weight. How do you determine that it would be more advantageous than detrimental to your growth to scientifically enhance. There isn't a chart that says at this height and build you can get this big. I mean there's the doctors chart but that isn't based in muscular reality because by those charts I've been obese for years. So any thoughts?

Uh maybe when you've busted your ass off on a well calculated and planned diet along with proper training? and when you've hit a plateau (mass wise or lifts wise) where you just can't break after possibly a year or so after trying everything in the book, now that's probably your genetic potential.
