I`m doing a month of dieting before hitting my first cycle, i`m not fat .. just 15-16% bodyfat, and weigh 250 (i`m 6 foot7), 29years of age

I`m taking Clen80-100mcg+zaditen+aridimex ( to lower estrogen before cycle and help creating a fatloss envoriment)

Is my diet in check?

id say bump the protein up to about 375g (1.5x bodyweight)

carbs could probably be a little higher too (250g), at least on training/carido days. I like keepin calories high and letting cardio make up the difference.

fats look good

id switch my pre workout meal to something like tuna (in water) and brown rice with some fruit like an apple (no fats).

id also throw in some more veggies with the 330 and 10pm meals

i personally wouldnt take clen, for reasons explained in the link. id just stick with EC

I dont like brown rice, can i use 1/2 cup oats + water + apple? Pre Workout for the carbs?

About clen.. i will run it at 80mcg for a maximum of 4 weeks. At post cycle therapy (pct) i will run a small dose of 40mcg (since i supplied myself with clen before i read the link you sent!)

yea man, any complex carb will do preworkout (oatmeal, sweet potato, brown rice, anything whole wheat, etc) i just recommended rice since it would probably go best with tuna.
