I'm about ready to start my second cycle. My first real cycle was basically the same as below, except the cycle was shorter (only 16 weeks). I gained 15 lbs and lost some bf and ended up at 200 lbs at 5'8" shown in the pic below. Unfornately I got injured at the end of my last cycle and lost some of my gains. Because I made good gains on my last cycle, I was thinking of just running the same thing again but just making it a little bit longer. Also I'm on doc prescribed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) so the cycle may seem long but its not an issue.
Here's my pic from 2 months ago when I finished my last cycle:

Heres the proposed cycle:
Weeks 1-20 Test E 650mg/week (500mg + 150 mg TRT)
Weeks 1-8 DBOL 50mg/day
Weeks 10-18 Tren A 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-20 A-dex 0.25mg EOD (will adjust as needed)
What do you think? Any suggestions? My goal is to obviously gain some size without getting too fat. I'll be hiring someone to do my diet so that will be spot on.
