Where is the food? Starvation diets with lots of chemical supplements are just not healthy. You need real food fewer protein shakes, dump the creatine if you are trying to get lean. Eat more often but higher protein, get as much of your carbs from vegetables as you can, the fish and brown rice and vegetables are good.

That much creatine is just expensive piss. Your body produces creatine when you eat red meats. If you are supplimenting with creatine, at the amount you are consuming, you are taking in more that what is suggested during the loading phase when first starting creatine. Most people say that the loading phase is bull and just a way for you to blow through your supply. Dont use the creatine especially if you are trying to thin up. As for the carbs, I would stick strictly to lots of meats and green veggies, more or less try to stay away from the starchy foods and veggies. If you consume any alchohal, drink vodka tonics, and diet coke and bacardi, the both have zero carbos.

Woah so much talk about exact creatine dosages. Id suggest 15g everyday, if not more. Budd I think substituting 2 of those protein shakes for chicken breast/tuna/lean red meat even would be best. Especially the final meal...switch that up for very lean ground beef and leafy veggies. Also cut the carbs after your workout. No need for those carbs in the second to last meal imo. Do some research on "timed carb diets".

dougE..as far as the creatine, this is what i have read too. correct me if im wrong..creatine doesnt create a smooth look as most people think. it is the high-glycemic foods and juices in which they consume that can create the bloat, because creatine just enhances the water WITHIN the muscle cells and not outside.

good call on the last meal..no carbs are needed at the end of the day like that. as for substituting some of the shakes, i just seem to gain fat when i eat too many meals, but i could possibly consider adding a meal without carbs. that might work.
