Any diet suggestions would be nice

Hey guys this is my first post. I wanted to start by introducing myself. I am 19 years of age(5'7, 164lbs, Bodyfat 15-17%) and do not plan on taking steroids at all for health reasons especially at my age and would rather stay natural either way.

Okay, so I go to college, workout and work Part time as a package handler at Ups. Its a pretty active job, always on your feet lifting for 3-4 hours everyday besides weekends. My main goal is to add muscle mass and strength. but I have some concerns about the plan since I workout and have active job. Is there any way someone could look over my nutrition plan and make suggestion what I should do differently?

Nutrition Plan
3300 calories
521g Carbs
69g fat
150g protein

Meal 1: 10am (Breakfast)
1 Serving Oat meal
2-serving lentils
1 serving milk and 1 serving regular cheerios
1 serving olive oil
100g spinach
100g sweet potato
2 serving pasta

Meal 2: 1pm (Pre workout)
preworkout/creatine scoop
2 serving lentils
4oz Tilapia
3 servings pasta
200g Broccoli

Meal 3: 5pm (before work)
3 serving brown rice
1 hard boiled egg
2.5 serving olive oil
100g bell pepper
100g kale
