Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly
Week 1 to 10: 500mg TEST weekly
Week 11 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
Week 12 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Week 13 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
26 years old 18% bf. Been training since I was 20. Just recently cleane up diet and have maintained for 2 months now to make sure I can eat disciplined and clean on cycle. 2700 cals a day. 2 days of HIT cardio a week. 3 days steady state cardio for 30 mins a week. 3rd cycle.
