How frequently do you change your supplements?

creatine (buy in bulk)
beta alanine (buy in bulk)
fish oil and multis (buy in bulk)
protein (ntbm whey)

thats pretty much my list of staples.. I really like simple things and since I'm on cycle don't have a use for a lot of the more complex OTC supps. BUT I have been using Need2slin and Gear combo and feel like I am getting the most out of my protein intake (which is mostly from whole foods)

The one product I may want to try out when I'm off is Bridge, Ive read a few studies on some of the ingredients that look promising.
 
Money is usually tight for me as I'm still in college. I try some supplements out but usually just keep it at primordial creapure and bulk protein.
